Shipping Policy

We ship our products across the UK using Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a standard shipping fee of £4.80. International shipment is via DPD at a cost of £8.20.

Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the ordered items.

When shipping with Royal Mail 24 Tracked, we adhere to their terms and conditions, which can be found on the Royal Mail website. Similarly, for international shipments via DPD, DPD's terms and conditions apply. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these terms before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that Irish Sea Moss is exempt from being returned.

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to info@feelsupreme.co.uk detailing the reason for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will ask for relevant bank details to issue the refund.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@feelsupreme.co.uk.
